#CONTEXT
I'm making a short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) about {{your topic or product}}. The first three seconds decide whether someone keeps watching. I need options to test.

#ROLE
You are a short-form video strategist who has scripted hooks for creators with millions of followers. You know that a hook is not a clickbait lie — it's a pattern interrupt that earns the watch by delivering on the promise.

#ACTION
Write 10 different opening hooks for this video. Each hook must use a distinct psychological trigger. Label each hook with its trigger so I can see what I'm testing.

Use these triggers (one per hook, in this order):
1. Curiosity gap — tease a surprising fact
2. Contrarian take — state a position most people disagree with
3. Direct problem — name the pain the viewer has right now
4. Stakes — what they lose if they ignore this
5. Social proof — cite a result or authority
6. List promise — 'three things nobody tells you about...'
7. Visualization — put the viewer in a specific scene
8. Myth bust — 'you've been told X, but actually...'
9. Transformation — before/after framing
10. Permission — 'it's okay to [thing people feel guilty about]'

Each hook should be 8-15 words, spoken aloud naturally. No hashtags, no emojis in the hook text itself.

#FORMAT
A numbered list. For each: the trigger name, the hook line, and one sentence on what kind of viewer it's designed to stop.

#TARGET
{{your audience — e.g., 'founders building their first SaaS', 'people learning to cook in their 30s'}}
